Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Elysium ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep API keys secret.

• No illegal content, malware, or infringement of others' rights.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the network.
• No use for weapons systems, mass surveillance, or content harmful to minors.
• Comply with export controls and sanctions applicable to you.

You are responsible for the workloads you submit, the data they process, and the results. Pricing and any committed capacity are shown at checkout or in your dashboard.

If you contribute a device, you grant Elysium the right to schedule sandboxed workloads on it in exchange for the rewards published in your dashboard. You are responsible for the legality of running the Service on your hardware and network.

Fees, credits, and payouts are handled through the dashboard. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Chargebacks or fraud may result in suspension.

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and incidents are communicated in-product where possible.

You keep all rights to your content and workloads. We keep all rights to the Service, its brand, and its software.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that should survive termination (payments owed, liability, IP) will do so.

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
